As Executive Assistant and Office Manager (Spanish, English and French), you will be responsible for providing first-class administrative and organisational support to the management team.

You serve as a central point of contact for various request within the company, contributing to high level of coordination and great service.

YOUR MISSIONS

  • Coordinate the calendars, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Edit the expense reports
  • Handle the travels and appointments (Visa request etc)
  • Handle personal correspondence and communications
  • Organization of management internal and external meetings (A to Z)
  • Organization of all the building and cleaning matters
  • Handle all office administration in a great manner

Votre profil :

  • You have solid experience as an executive assistant, able to manage multiple tasks
  • Exhibit task prioritization abilities, flexibility, and relevant experience to handle daily challenges efficiently.
  • Service and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoy working independently, with a team spirit, and proactively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish and French
  • Good knowledge of IT tools such as Microsoft Office is also required.
